PHILADELPHIA — Several group of riders on motorcycles, dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles took over downtown streets in Philadelphia early Saturday morning.
Police said three different groups of riders rode down South Broad Street around 1:30 a.m. revving engines, popping wheelies and doing burnouts, WPVI reported.
Police had to detour traffic from the road to avoid accidents because there were so many bikers.
City leaders on Thursday outlawed dirt bikes and ATVs for street use, WCAU reported.
No arrests have been made, WPVI reported.
